Employee Experience Specialist- Temp role for 9 months

Axonius is seeking a proactive Employee Experience Specialist to cover a 9-month maternity leave, joining our People team. You will act as a key culture builder, designing and executing meaningful engagement initiatives that shape our organizational identity. This role blends hands-on event production with strategic ownership of experience to foster a connected, people-focused workplace. Responsibilities End-to-End Event Production: Plan and execute cross-site social gatherings, internal programs, and professional off-sites, managing everything from conceptualization to on-site delivery. Budget & Vendor Management: Oversee program budgets using internal systems (Workday, Zip) and manage external vendor relationships, including sourcing, negotiation, and performance tracking. Employee Lifecycle Ownership: Manage the onboarding and offboarding experience, ensuring a seamless journey for new hires and maintaining employee milestone gifting programs. Data-Driven Engagement: Collect and analyze employee feedback through surveys to continuously improve the employee experience and support specialized internal work communities. Minimum Qualifications Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience in Employee Experience, Wellbeing, or Event Production roles.
