ABOUT THE ROLE As our next Partner Solutions hire, you will lead post-sale success, implementation, adoption, and retention efforts for Ascertain’s most strategic partners. This role is ideal for someone with experience in healthcare technology, healthcare consulting, or SaaS implementation who is excited to build a high-impact function from the ground up. You will own the customer journey after the initial sale, overseeing pilot delivery, driving change management and adoption, and ensuring long-term retention and expansion.
