You will be responsible for driving operational excellence within the Talent Acquisition team to enable the timely delivery of business objectives through high quality hiring. This role will also closely partner with R&D Leadership, People Team leadership, Finance, and the rest of talent acquisition leadership in defining and developing world-class assessment, reporting, and talent engagement strategies.
