Senior Engineering Manager, Payment Platform

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a team responsible for Asana’s monetization platform, the systems that power billing, pricing, packaging, incentives, product catalog management, and revenue-critical operational workflows across the company. The team builds the internal platform, APIs, and administrative experiences that enable Asana to safely and rapidly launch and evolve monetization capabilities at scale while maintaining high standards for reliability, scalability, and financial correctness. This includes business-critical integrations with billing providers, product catalog infrastructure, incentives and promotional systems, and the core abstractions used by product teams to build monetization experiences. The team combines platform engineering, financial systems, and product infrastructure to enable scalable monetization capabilities across Asana. Our systems sit at the intersection of product strategy, monetization infrastructure, and scalable backend engineering. The team plays a foundational role in enabling new business models, enterprise monetization features and pricing evolution.
