ABOUT THE ROLE Array Behavioral Care is seeking a Part-Time Medical Director of Inpatient Psychiatry to provide clinical leadership, oversight, and direct patient care within a hospital-based behavioral health unit. This role combines telehealth rounding, admissions, treatment planning with medical leadership responsibilities, including quality oversight, clinical standardization, and interdisciplinary collaboration. This is an ideal opportunity for a psychiatrist who enjoys leadership impact with a flexible, part-time structure.
