About You We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and result-driven Collections Analyst to join our Finance team. The incumbent will be responsible for managing collections activities, tracking outstanding receivables, following up on overdue accounts, and supporting the organization’s cash flow objectives. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounts receivable and collections , strong analytical skills, and the confidence to communicate with customers through calls and emails to ensure timely payment follow-ups and resolution of outstanding issues. The candidate should also be proficient in NetSuite, MS Excel, and Google Sheets . Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end collection activities for assigned customer accounts.
