About You You are an experienced Manager, accounting professional who thrives in a fast-moving environment where accuracy and ownership go hand in hand. You bring at least five years of progressive accounting experience and know your way around the full close cycle — from ledger entries to financial statements. You've led a team before and understand what it takes to develop people while keeping the numbers tight. You're comfortable working across ERP systems like NetSuite and can hold your own in conversations with auditors, investors, and leadership alike. Your attention to detail means reconciliations don't slip through the cracks, and your clear communication style — written and verbal — helps your team and cross-functional partners stay aligned on what matters
