About You The Channel Development Representative (CDR) is responsible for managing and expanding relationships within an assigned portfolio of AppDirect advisors, with a focus on driving revenue growth and enhancing advisor satisfaction. This role combines proactive support with strategic sales enablement to foster long-term loyalty and sales growth. Key responsibilities include quoting, serviceability checks, and deal registrations, as well as promoting SPIFFs and other sales incentives. The CDR also plays a critical role in educating advisors on AppDirect's full suite of technology solutions to increase awareness and drive multi-category funnel growth.
