About the Role Applied AI (AAI) is responsible for helping Anthropic's customers go from first contact with Claude to durable, expanding usage — and this team is the strategic and analytical backbone behind that motion. As the Strategy & Operations Business Partner for AAI AMER, you'll work side-by-side with regional field engineering leadership as a deep expert in the business: the metrics, the segments, the deals, and the trends that matter most to driving growth. This is a high-autonomy, high-trust role. You'll partner directly with senior commercial leaders, build frameworks and operating rhythms, and translate ambiguous strategic questions into clear, actionable recommendations — then help carry those recommendations through to execution. You'll be one of the first people in this function, so you should be energized by building processes and structure from the ground up rather than inheriting them.
