About the Role As Anthropic grows in the Asia-Pacific region, we need to build out the teams that keep the company running and trustworthy—Finance, Legal, and People. We’re looking for a Senior G&A Recruiter, based in Singapore, to own full-cycle recruiting for these functions across the region. This is a senior individual-contributor role for someone who is best-in-class at G&A recruiting and can operate with little oversight. You’ll partner directly with senior leaders in Finance, Legal, and People to translate ambiguous needs into clear search strategies, run rigorous and humane processes, and close exceptional candidates in a competitive market. You’ll also help establish recruiting foundations in a relatively new region—calibrating bars, building pipelines, and shaping how we hire G&A talent in APAC. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise across at least two of Finance, Legal, and People recruiting, sound judgment on senior and specialized hires, and the ability to build trust with stakeholders before pushing them.
