Overview: We are looking for an innovative, passionate person with a true calling for patient care—someone who uses their heart, soul, and mind in creative ways—to join our team as an Exercise Physiologist for our online Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation program. In this role, you will plan and deliver engaging telemedicine-based exercise sessions for patients with chronic cardiac and respiratory conditions—including congestive heart failure and COPD—as well as those with multiple comorbidities. We serve a medically complex patient population—typically older adults with multiple comorbidities—who may experience frequent hospitalizations and face psychosocial challenges.
