Acting as the primary point of contact from Sales handoff through go-live, IMs combine rigorous project management with a consultative approach to guide financial institutions, banks, and fintechs of all segments (enterprise, mid-market, etc) through one of the most critical phases of their lifecycle with Alloy. Our implementations are complex. Average timelines run 6–12 months, with enterprise and multi-phase engagements running longer. Clients are sophisticated, stakes are high, and the
