As a Software Engineer focused on Solutions, you'll work directly with our most strategic customers to help them design scalable systems, optimize performance, and push the boundaries of what’s possible in blockchain infrastructure. You’ll be a strategic advisor, systems architect, and product collaborator rolled into one. You’ll bridge the gap between bleeding-edge use cases and robust infrastructure, shaping the future of Alchemy through your insights on real-world needs. What You’ll Do - Write code to help users unlock the full potential of our stack. - Help top-tier teams design, scale, and optimize their use of Alchemy’s infrastructure - from smart contract automation to custom data pipelines. - Deeply understand customer goals and proactively help them onboard, integrate, and ship powerful products on top of our infrastructure. - Be the voice of our developer community - translate their needs into product insights and roadmap priorities. - Act as the technical point of contact for strategic accounts, navigating technical blockers, future planning, and success metrics. - Work across Product, Engineering, and BD to uplevel the full user experience and close feedback loops fast.
