Senior Product Designer

As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll partner closely with a cross-functional team to shape end-to-end experiences, deliver high-quality outcomes, and evolve how people interact with their money. What You'll Do Lead end-to-end design for key initiatives within a product area—from discovery through delivery and iteration—driving meaningful customer and business outcomes. Own complex flows and ambiguous problem spaces, defining clear problem statements, success metrics, and design direction. Partner closely with product, engineering, and data to make informed trade-offs and deliver intuitive, high-quality experiences. Balance speed and quality, making pragmatic decisions while contributing to a cohesive product experience. Use research, data, and experimentation
