International Accounting Manager

On a typical day, you might: Drive the month-end engine by leading the global close process for six (and counting) international entities, ensuring all financials strictly comply with both Local and US GAAP requirements. Validate account balances through rigorous, detailed reviews of reconciliations and journal entries prepared by both internal teams and third-party accounting firms. Act as the strategic leader for statutory compliance , serving as the primary point of contact for international audits and managing the end-to-end filing of VAT, GST, and other local indirect taxes. Orchestrate global treasury operations , overseeing international banking relationships, executing complex intercompany transactions, managing liquidity, and acting as the final approver for international payments. Manage third-party performance by holding external international service providers accountable to strict SLAs, ensuring high-quality outputs on tight deadlines. Serve as the internal subject matter expert for new international business initiatives, proactively providing guidance on accounting, tax, and transfer pricing implications before they launch.
